Below are frequently asked questions. If you cannot find your answer, please send us an inquiry.

A: We are a production-integrated supplier. Since 2024, we were spun off from an electronic materials manufacturer, dedicated to overseas sales and after-sales technical support. We have long-term partner factories for different product lines, and our team is directly involved in sampling, production monitoring, and QC.

So you can treat us as your factory window – you get factory-level pricing, but with better communication, flexibility, and after-sales support.

A: With nearly 20 years in electronic materials industry, we work with well-managed factories for stable quality. We know overseas markets better and have rich export experience. Our stable factory partnerships bring competitive prices, plus flexible sample customization and faster delivery.

A: Our materials are widely used in consumer electronics, automotive electronics, telecommunications, sensors, PCB, medical devices and aerospace-related civilian applications.

A:

  • Electronic paste: conductive/resistor/dielectric/overcoat paste for printing, coating, circuit forming.
  • Thermal interface materials (TIM): thermal pad, gap filler, thermal gel to reduce thermal resistance.
  • Absorbing materials: suppress electromagnetic interference in RF & high-frequency circuits.
  • EMI shielding materials: block electromagnetic radiation leakage. We can help select the right material based on your frequency, temperature, thermal & conductivity requirements.

A: Standard grades support RoHS & REACH. Test reports are available upon request. Special grades for high-end applications can also meet other compliance requirements.

A: Shelf life of electronic paste is typically 6–12 months under sealed, refrigerated storage (0–5℃). Once opened, use as soon as possible. Avoid direct sunlight and high temperature. Thermal / absorbing / shielding solid materials have longer shelf life, please refer to corresponding datasheet.

A: Yes. For mature base materials, we can adjust parameters within feasible range. Custom development needs sample evaluation and lead time. Please share your target specs and application condition.

A: Yes, samples are available. Small test samples for evaluation are provided. Some samples are free while freight cost is on buyer’s side. Standard sample lead time: 3–7 working days.

A: We provide Datasheet, MSDS, CO(if applicable). We can also supply test certificate for batch shipment.

A: Yes. You may arrange third-party inspection. Test scope and sampling plan need to be confirmed in advance.

A: MOQ differs by product grade. Precious metal materials have low MOQ; Others require higher MOQ. Contact us for exact MOQ & quotation.

A: We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) in advance. For long-term cooperative customers, we can discuss other terms after credit review.

A: Standard bulk order lead time: 5–10 working days after deposit. We support air freight, sea freight and express. We can arrange shipment or deliver to your forwarder’s warehouse.

A: Please inspect goods immediately after receiving. If quality problem confirmed on our side, we will negotiate replacement or compensation. Customized products cannot be returned unless quality issue from our production.
