Resistor Paste

Resistor paste, also known as resistor ink, is a functional material formulated with a blend of conductive fillers (e.g., metal oxides, carbon, or doped ceramics) and insulating components dispersed in an organic or polymeric binder. Designed to provide precise electrical resistance, it is a key material in thick-film electronics, enabling the fabrication of resistors, sensors, and hybrid circuits.

Applications include printed resistors in automotive electronics, medical devices, temperature sensors, and consumer electronics.

Its compatibility with screen printing, inkjet deposition, and other additive manufacturing techniques allows for high-precision patterning on substrates like ceramics, polymers, or metals. The material also offers excellent thermal stability, low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), and durability under mechanical stress, making it critical for reliable performance in industrial and high-frequency environments.
