Resistor Paste
Resistor paste, also known as resistor ink, is a functional material formulated with a blend of conductive fillers (e.g., metal oxides, carbon, or doped ceramics) and insulating components dispersed in an organic or polymeric binder. Designed to provide precise electrical resistance, it is a key material in thick-film electronics, enabling the fabrication of resistors, sensors, and hybrid circuits.
Applications include printed resistors in automotive electronics, medical devices, temperature sensors, and consumer electronics.
Its compatibility with screen printing, inkjet deposition, and other additive manufacturing techniques allows for high-precision patterning on substrates like ceramics, polymers, or metals. The material also offers excellent thermal stability, low temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR), and durability under mechanical stress, making it critical for reliable performance in industrial and high-frequency environments.

RP series are low resistance resistor paste which can be printed on heating elements on stainless steel, and alumina ceramic substrate for making thick film circuit.
The RPS series high-power heating resistor paste has a resistance range of 8Ω/sq~200Ω/sq. It is mainly used for stainless steel substrate heaters and other products, and has the characteristics of good high-power load stability, customizable temperature coefficient, and good process stability.
The resistance range of RPL series resistor paste is 1Ω/sq~1KΩ/sq. It is mainly used in thick film circuits, rod-shaped resistors, heaters and other products, and has the characteristics of good high-voltage load stability, low temperature coefficient, and good process stability.
The resistance range of RPH series resistor paste is 1kΩ/sq~50MΩ/sq. It is mainly used for high-voltage gathering potentiometers, high-voltage resistors, rod-shaped resistors and other products, and has the characteristics of good high-voltage load stability, smoothness and process stability.
RPE Series (10mΩ ~ 1Ω)
RPE series resistor paste is a silver palladium platinum series resistor paste applied to alumina substrates. The corresponding TCRs are: <300ppm/℃, <600ppm/℃, and <1500ppm/℃; A smaller TCR can meet the requirement of<150ppm/℃. The burn change rate is <5%, and the resistance value is stable with extremely low attenuation.
RPN Series (10Ω ~ 1KΩ)
The RPN series resistor paste is a ruthenium based resistor paste applied to AlN substrates. The sintering process is 850 ℃/10min, with a resistance range of 10Ω/sq~1kΩ/sq, H/C-TCR: -150~+150ppm/℃. It is with low current noise, high withstand voltage characteristics, low power attenuation, and stable resistance.
RPG Series (20mΩ ~ 100mΩ)
This resistor paste RPG series is specially developed for microcrystalline glass thick film heaters. It has the characteristics of stable resistance value after sintering, resistance to temperature shock, and excellent matching with the substrate. TCR: 600~2000ppm/℃ and can be customized.
