Palladium Silver Paste for Stacked Components CP08xx-A
Our Pd-Ag paste CP08xx-A series conductor paste is an environmentally friendly palladium silver conductor paste that does not contain toxic elements such as lead and cadmium, and complies with the European RoHS directive.
It has the characteristics of good leveling and dense film sintering, and is suitable for internal silver palladium conductor paste of chip capacitors, chip inductors, multi-layer piezoelectric, pressure-sensitive and other components
