Paste for Atomizer / Buzzer / Transducer Discs
Silver-based conductor pastes are widely used in piezoelectric ceramic devices such as atomizer discs, buzzer elements, and ultrasonic transducers. These pastes, typically composed of fine silver particles, glass frit, and organic vehicles, are screen-printed onto the ceramic surface and then fired to form dense, highly conductive electrodes.
The resulting silver layers offer excellent electrical conductivity, strong adhesion to the piezoelectric material, and good solderability, enabling efficient vibration transfer and reliable performance in humid or mechanically stressed environments. They are essential for achieving stable resonance, high electromechanical coupling, and long-term durability in such components.
